What’s your return policy?
Typically, we will accept a return for any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping. However, do to the COVID-19 outbreak and product high demand, all sales during this pandemic will be final. The warehouse staff and production lines are working hard to keep up with the demand and cannot accept returns at this time. Sorry if this causes any inconveniences.
Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
Shipping has been suspended while we deal with this pandemic. I am currently only able to offer sales within the State of Connecticut, which will be pick only. We will have designated pick-up locations. If a location is not a viable option for you, please contact me prior to purchase so that we can discuss other possible options.

Of course! I am available by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will respond within 24 hours, but typically much quicker than that.
